The hippies have gone too far this time. MY SON IS RECYCLING!!!! I got an earful from him yesterday about the importance of recycling and conservation. The hippie bureaucrats that are running his school are brainwashing the children to further their evil plans.
The world is adhering to the mass hysteria perpetrated by those filthy scumbags. Most major retailers are selling canvas bags, low watt light bulbs and anything green. I can understand why the corporations are doing it though they understand mob mentality and are giving the people what they want, all for profit. I should start selling my own line of green products and with the proceeds I will buy old tires and light them on fire. The massive blaze could be seen for miles and the thick black smoke will choke all small animals, and maybe a few children, to death. Conservation through extermination is my plan. How can we kill off a few million Chinese or Indians? Do you think they will fall for a Trojan horse filled with smallpox blankets? Maybe we can use AIDS. Did you know that it was created by the government to kill blacks.
Oh great job environmentalists with the bio-fuel craze. How many riots is it going to take to realize that was a shitty idea? Corn is for eating not cars. If you want an alternative to petroleum try the grease in your hair first.
Can we finally start drilling in Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) yet? I love when Chuck Shumer stated that we wouldn’t see a drop of oil for ten years yesterday, not realizing that if the democrats had allowed the drilling in 1994 we would be receiving it right now. Fucking moron!!!

Maybe you should tell his teacher that some of those recycling trucks just take the crap and throw it in with the rest of the garbage, saw it one time on Dateline. They actually followed the trucks as they sorted glass, paper and plastic into different bins on the truck only to dump it all back together in a landfill.Happens quite frequently, here is a recent example out of England:

As far as the green reusable bags and light bulbs it’s funny how most of the people who buy said items are idiots. Do they really care if some thousand or so ducks or dolphins choke on the plastic leftovers? No, they do it because they are smug. Call it peer pressure or just jumping on the latest band wagon, because that’s basically what the whole green “thing” is all about. They think it’s cool. You know what else they think is cool? Smelling their own farts and driving hulking SUV’s, which might be a little worse than a plastic bottle or a can, just maybe. But as long as they have their $2 cloth bag to show off they believe they are doing their part.

thats hilarious Tony. we need to get these death squads on the roads immediately. for those of you familiar with my previous blogs will remember that old people are deadly behind the wheel. if we could equip them with hybrids they can start taking out Paneras and Star bucks before the week is out. those hippies will never hear them coming.

Ah Tony.
ah Chris.
So I won’t launch into a whole tirade about how narrow your argument was, or how citing one instance as a basis for debunking an entire movement is patently ridiculous.
Here’s the thing, Environmentalists aren’t presenting you with a finished product. They’re taking steps to try to get the world to move in a particular direction.
Due to the complete idiocy of most of the human race, these steps are terribly difficult to make most of the time.
For example – Feul Alternatives. Even if we get tens of thousands of electric cars out on the roads, they’re going to be using electricity that was produced from fossil fuels. So not much of a difference is going to be made until people get to the root of the problem, which is dependancy on limited resource fuels like oil.
As for recycling – a lot of the time that too is a joke. In Chicago, Blue bags most likely go into the landfill with everything else. I take my recyclables to a center about once a month or so… but still I worry it’s being used properly.
But that doesn’t mean you should abandon the concept of recycling. It meand we should improve it, and make it more important. Same goes for alternative fuels, and anything else the hippies are doing to try to save the rabbits and shit.

Hippies should not be allowed to participate in Fantasy Football. Hippies should stick to eating salads and Going Green.

whats wrong with those reusable shopping bags
have u ever been to bed bath and beyond?
its terrible they give u these huge bags that no one wants
what if everyone had those bags that you hate so much
it would save bed bath and beyond alot of money and it would help the environment
its not that hard to do little things just to make the place we call home cleaner

The problem with recycling everything is some people have separate bags for every material. This eventually leads to many bags and people don’t always have time to go to the recycling bin. Their house eventually gets cluttered with bags for recycling. They “Save the environment” but don’t save their living space from clutter. The best solution is to buy big trash bags and a couple of outside trash bins or sign up for a county program where they give you a big brown recycle bin. You put the recycle in one group and the county comes and picks it up at the curb. This saves a lot of time and effort for only $130 or so dollars a year. It also saves gas money.
